Event Admission and Age Requirements
The Tequila & Taco Fest is an event that involves the service of alcohol. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and will be checked at the gate. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or who appears to be intoxicated.

Ticket Purchases and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are purchased through our third-party provider, BigTickets. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, artist or vendor cancellations, or personal circumstances. In the event of a total event cancellation, instructions for potential credits or rescheduling will be provided via our website and social media.

By entering the event grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by our media team. You grant Tequila & Taco Fest the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X)) for promotional and marketing purposes worldwide, without compensation. Furthermore, any content you post or tag related to the event on our social media platforms may be shared or reposted by us. If you do not wish to be captured in our official media, please notify the media team on-site.

Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Harassment, illegal drug use, excessive intoxication, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event without a refund for violating these standards or for any behavior deemed unsafe by event staff or security.

You agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims arising from your attendance.
